Grilled Ancho Chile Lime Wings
Ancho chiles and limes are a mesmerizing combination of flavor that work well on almost any type of meat or protein that you can throw at it. This recipe summons that power to make some ‘oh-my-god-are-you-kidding-me’ chicken wings that will blow your mind. Not only are they easy to make, they can be made a few hours before the big game and kept warm to enjoy right around halftime.

Ingredients
- 20 drumettes or flats
- 2 Ancho chiles
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Step 1 Soak the chiles in water overnight or at least a few hours
- Step 2 Add chiles, honey and soy sauce to a blender
- Step 3 Squeeze the lime to add the juice to the blender
- Step 4 Blend until no chunks remain
- Step 5 Pour the marinade into bag and add wings and let refrigerate for at least an hour
- Step 6 Grill for 25-30 minutes
